Attorney MacLellan has extensive trial experience. She started her career as a prosecutor in Chicago’s State’s Attorney’s Office and tried over one hundred cases, winning the vast majority. Attorney MacLellan has litigated continuously since and has a stellar track record of wins. Attorney MacLellan was named one of the top 12 Lawyers in Massachusetts in 2018 after single-handedly winning a $28 million verdict in an employment discrimination case, a landmark verdict which far exceeded prior employment law jury awards in Massachusetts.

Ms. MacLellan completed her undergraduate degree at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and her Juris Doctorate at DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois.

She is admitted to the state bars of Massachusetts and Illinois and the federal bar of Massachusetts – the First Circuit District of Massachusetts.
